Money-Back Quality Guarantee

Every lot we release is tested by an independent U.S. laboratory and shipped with its corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA). All materials meet a minimum purity standard of ≥99.2%.

If the material you receive does not match its COA—including its identity, purity, or contents—please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the product or provide a full refund.

To help us investigate, include your order number and the lot number shown on the vial label. We may also request photographs or supporting documentation to help identify the affected lot, but we strive to keep the process straightforward.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you ordered more than you need or have changed your plans, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Remain unopened and unused.
• Be in their original sealed condition.
• Have an intact seal.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected, typically within a few business days.

Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the return is the result of an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For safety and quality-control reasons, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned or placed back into inventory. Once a shipment leaves our facility, the chain of custody for opened material cannot be re-verified. If you believe an opened item has a quality issue, please contact us under the Money-Back Quality Guarantee described above.

Damaged in Transit

If your shipment arrives damaged—for example, with a broken vial, leaking cold pack, or crushed carton—please email contact@glow-peptide.com within 48 hours of delivery.

What to Include

• Your order number.
• Photos of the outer carton and damaged contents.
• Photos of any intact packing materials.

Once the damage has been verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until they enter the processing stage. Once an order has shipped, please follow the 30-day return process outlined above.
